Savour an evening with Matt Moran

Acclaimed Australian chef, restaurateur and long-time member of Singapore Airlines’ International Culinary Panel, Matt Moran, conducted his first-ever culinary masterclass exclusively for PPS Club members.

PPS Club members and their guests got a chance to cook alongside Matt, as he shared his culinary experience with them in a private demonstration. After the session, the class settled down to enjoy a delectable dinner with the master chef himself.

About Matt Moran

With over 30 years of culinary experience under his belt, and a whole host of awards to his name, Matt Moran is easily one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs. He is a pioneer of the “paddock to plate” philosophy, and owns successful establishments such as Aria Sydney, Opera Bar, Aria Catering and more. Matt has appeared on primetime TV shows such as MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, The Chopping Block and his very own award-winning show, Paddock to Plate. He is also a published author, with four best-selling cookbooks, and contributes regularly to magazines and newspapers globally. He has been a member of the culinary panel for Singapore Airlines since 2003.
